📦 Return Eligibility

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange beyond this period.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition it was received
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Digital products (e.g. downloadable courses, software, eBooks)
• Gift cards
• Books with visible signs of use
• Opened CDs/DVDs/USBs or any unsealed media
• Health or personal care items (if applicable)

🧾 Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Books or media with visible wear or damage
• Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Recheck your bank or payment account
• Contact your credit card provider – processing may take time
• Contact your bank – some delays are possible

🎁 Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🔄 Exchanges
